Situated in the heart of Manama, Bahrain, Junaid Metals has built a strong reputation for reliability and quality in the supply of high-grade aluminium products. We are particularly proud to offer the Aluminium 2014 BarRods, a mainstay for demanding industrial applications. This specific alloy is engineered for scenarios where exceptional strength is a non-negotiable requirement, providing our clients across the region with a material that delivers superior performance and unwavering durability under significant stress.
The strength of the Aluminium 2014 BarRods comes from its specific composition, which is primarily aluminium alloyed with copper, alongside elements like magnesium and manganese. This combination gives the material its notable mechanical properties, including a very high tensile strength and impressive hardness. While it is not as corrosion-resistant as some other aluminium series, its robustness makes it an excellent choice for high-stress structural applications where sheer strength is the primary consideration.

To maintain Aluminium 2014 bars, regularly clean them with mild soap and water to prevent corrosion. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures, and inspect for signs of fatigue or wear.
Aluminium 2014 bars and rods are not ideal for high-temperature applications. While they offer high strength, their performance decreases at elevated temperatures, limiting their suitability for environments above 150°C (302°F).
Aluminium 2014 rods are sized by their diameter, typically ranging from small (e.g., 6 mm) to large (e.g., 100 mm), and are available in various standard or custom lengths.
This material finds its true calling in applications that demand resilience. The Aluminium 2014 BarRods are extensively used in the aerospace industry for aircraft components, in the manufacturing of heavy-duty truck frames, and in various architectural parts like bridges and towers. They are also ideal for creating high-strength bolts, pistons, and other critical parts in machinery. Essentially, whenever a project requires a lightweight yet incredibly strong aluminium solution, our 2014 BarRods provide the necessary backbone for success.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
